LOS ANGELES, CA (November 7, 2006) -- Experiential marketing agency TBA has announced key executive appointments in Miami which further strengthens the company's presence in South Florida. Effective October 9th, Ron Kelly was named General Manager of the Miami office and Elaine Keller was appointed to the new role of Senior Account Executive.

In his new post, Ron Kelly will be responsible for supervising and guiding of all business in the South Florida market. Mr. Kelly comes to TBA with more than 8 years of experience in the destination management industry. Prior to joining TBA, Mr. Kelly was a key executive at Hello Florida where he managed top accounts including Wachovia Corporation, Starwood Hotels, Maybelline New York and Nestle Waters.
Elaine Keller has been with TBA for more than 4 years and has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in the development of TBA's Miami office working with Fortune 1000 companies throughout the region. In her new role as Senior Account Executive, Ms. Keller will be responsible for spearheading sales focusing on national accounts throughout the state of Florida. Prior to joining TBA, Ms. Keller served as General Manager and Director of Operations for Restaurant Management Group.
