Motivating Top Performers

Each year, our insurance and financial services client rewards its top 25 producers with a spectacular incentive trip. Our challenge was to design a series of experiences and events that would surpass all previous incentive trips, even for native New Yorkers.

We created an amazing New York program with such incredible access that attendees couldn’t recreate it on their own – a Manhattan sunset cruise aboard a luxurious Old World Yacht with a special performance by the Pipes and Drums of the NYPD Emerald Society, a pre-theater dinner and special private performance by two principal cast members from Broadway’s Tony-Winning “Jersey Boys” before seeing the show, and a private breakfast in the home of an Oscar winning actress’s mother followed by a personal neighborhood walking tour. The final evening culminated with an elegant, finely-appointed, five-course dinner with wine pairings at Rockefeller Center’s famed 620 Loft and Garden, offering breathtaking views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Midtown Manhattan.

The result? At the end of the final night the guests lingered as long as they could, knowing they were part of an experience that could never be repeated.

This program received the highest marks ever by the attendees.

• The overall satisfaction score was ranked 4.91 out of 5.

• All three evening activities received perfect scores of 5.00 on the evaluation.

• All logistical elements received high scores; each scored higher than 4.85 out of 5.

• The event planning staff received a score of 4.95 out of 5.
