When an international pharmaceutical company dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life was ready to expand into the U.S. market with a breakthrough product launch, it called TBA.

We conceived, designed and produced a groundbreaking launch while also creating a sense of mission and camaraderie for the new sales force. Working alongside our client, we helped create all education materials and events within the 4-day program. By the end, the culture was solidified and the sales executives highly motivated to accomplish their new mission. Less than 12 months after the launch, the product vaulted to the number one position in its class, and far exceeded its first full year sales projections.
